The Western GP Training Scheme features brand new state-of-the-art facilities for day release teaching in Galway and a satellite teaching site at the Mayo Education Centre. Our locations span the stunning West of Ireland along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Location: Galway, Tuam Rd and Mayo Education Centre.
Day: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
University Hospital Galway, Portiuncula University Hospital, Mayo University Hospital, community based mental health services and palliative care.
GP practices are spread widely across Mayo, Galway, Galway East and Roscommon.
