Book Club
To celebrate Workplace Wellbeing Day on April 30th, we are excited to launch our new Wellbeing Book Club as part of the wider WIDE initiative (Wellbeing, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity). The aim is to create space to explore personal growth, share perspectives, and support each other’s wellbeing journeys. We are starting with Atomic Habits by James Clear, an empowering and practical guide to making minor changes that lead to meaningful, lasting results. As we focus on wellbeing throughout the month, this book sets the tone for building better habits, both personally and professionally. Once you have had a chance to read and reflect, please discuss with your colleagues your reflections, key takeaways, or feedback before we announce our next book. We would love to hear your book club suggestions at traineewellbeing@icgp.ie. Let’s grow, connect, and build positive habits together.
