The College has made a major investment in upgrading the ePortfolio this year. It has been redesigned and reconfigured in response to GP feedback and the new framework. Here are a few of the changes we've made based on your feedback.
A few of the changes you may notice:
- The ePortfolio is now mobile friendly so you can record as you go, on the go!
- The dashboard reflects the new categories and requirements and the design has been simplified.
- When you add an event with a CPDR code the relevant Eight Domains will automatically populate.
- The system automatically tracks your progress toward the new requirement to cover all of the Eight Domains at least once in every three years.
- The Professional Development Plan (PDP) is an integrated template and your credits are added automatically when you complete all the steps of the plan.
- Your PCS receipt is available to download from the ePortfolio but is also stored in the receipts area of your website account with your other receipts (courses, membership etc).
- You can now easily download your recorded evidence/supporting documentation and a PDF version of your PDP – all at the click of a button.
- A helpful digital tour to help you navigate the ePortfolio will pop up when you log in for the first time, and you can relaunch the tour at any time.
