The Irish College of GPs is now accepting entries for the 2026 Quality & Safety in Practice (QSiP), Practice Review Awards, celebrating the innovative work taking place every day in general practice across Ireland.
The prestigious award, sponsored by Medisec, highlights practical initiatives introduced by GPs that improve patient care, strengthen practice operations, or enhance teamwork. Projects may relate to practice management, clinical practice, information technology, or collaborative team approaches. GPs are encouraged to submit any initiative that demonstrates meaningful practice review and real-world impact.

How to Enter
GPs are invited to review the Terms & Conditions and complete the Application Form.
Entries must be submitted as a Word document by Friday, 20 March 2026.

Awards & Recognition
Winners will receive a generous prize and a doctor’s bag trophy for display in their practice.
Finalists will be invited to the College's Annual Conference on Saturday, 25 April 2026, at St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin, Stillorgan Rd, Booterstown, Dublin, where winners will be announced.
Winning projects will also be featured in FORUM, the journal of the Irish College of GPs, and highlighted across the College’s communications channels.
