BeAGP Information Sessions

This year we will be holding three information sessions for those interested in learning more about a career in general practice.

Saturday 5 September 2026 | Intern and medical student day. Whether you are beginning to explore your options or finalising your career plans, this event is designed to help guide you on the transition process into specialist training. This event will be in person at 15 Hogan Place, Dublin 2 with the option to join online for those who cannot attend in person. In person spaces are limited, so reserve yours early: Register here

Thursday 10 September 2026 | Information Webinar. This event provides guidance on the GP training programme and the application process. You will have the chance to ask questions of key college and clinical staff. This event is online only.

Saturday 3 October 2026 | In-person information session which will include the opportunity to meet with GP training scheme representatives from around Ireland and network with key college staff. This event is in person only.
